How do I go about removing the HTML Coding from Leave a Reply portion? The code can be viewed at http://globalreviewcentral.com/contact-us/ near bottom portion of page.

It’s WordPress comment form. Not a contact form by Contact Form 7 plugin.

Thanks! Success. I assumed the HTML code was somehow part of Contact Form 7 because it is located on the same form.
