How to Remove Line Breaks

Hi, i use qcf alot, it’s great, however, the last time i have used it, for some reason it is inserting line breaks after input fields, you can go to inspect element in google chrome and remove them, and the form fields are closer together like in all my other websites, any idea how to remove them?

ps, this has only happened since wordpress upgrasde 4.1.1
