How to remove Post Title from Breadcrumbs

    Hi,
    I have installed Yoast SEO and setup my breadcrumbs to show as categories. I would like to be able to turn off the final breadcrumb which shows the post’s title though, since the post and a the post title are displayed directly below my breadcrumbs. It seems like an unnecessary duplication of information.

    Would I need to add some kind of add_filter to my functions.php to accomplish this? I noticed that there is no css ID or surrounding markup for the final breadcrumb, so there is no way to do it in css.
