Thank you for contacting the support.
Please take the backup of your website and use the following filter (by adding it to your theme’s functions.php file) to remove all the data of the Rank Math plugin:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#clear-rm-data
That should remove everything related to the plugin.

I am afraid to make changes to the function.pxp file
where on your site step by step instructions for removing this plugin? Why create additional complexity for users?
By the way, I did not ask to install this plugin when updating the theme! This was done without my consent!

If you did not configure anything in the plugin and simply uninstalled it, there won’t be any settings from the plugin which would be in effect.
You can simply deactivate and delete the plugin.
That should suffice.
The extra steps were to remove any additional data of the plugin stored in your DataBase but since you did not configure the plugin, you don’t need to worry as the maximum DB storage is occupied by the Search Console data.
