The issue has been fixed, it was a plugin conflict, you can download the Beta version from here and then test it on the staging website first and then move it to the live site.

I’m having the same problem (using version 1.4 of the Login Designer)
WP and all plugins are up to date
Interestingly, on another website, I see it also again on the Password Protect screen from the plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/password-protected/
I had this small visual bug, then we troubleshooted it within this ticket, then it got fixed, and now the same issue is back but on another site.

No, I thought you fixed it and updated it in the WP repository? I am confused now. Sorry that I perhaps mix up something, but it took several weeks and lots of back and forth, so I don’t have it on the top of my head

We haven’t released the version officially, I provided you a Drive link in the last message, I just fixed the issue on the Beta version and share the files with you, will officially release this fix in the next few days with new features.
