How to reset?

Hi, I can’t seem to figure out how to reset a value that’s been set with this plugin. Initially I set a height and width value to the submit button using the plugin, but have decided to control this with css. I go into the Customizer and delete the values that had previously been set for height and width, and then publish, but they are still being declared and written to the page as inline styles. When I return to the Customizer, the values I had previously cleared and then published with the field blank persist. How do I return these to an unset state? Thanks.
