How to safe settings

I have made meta fields and created widgets for them. Two of them work fine since month, their appearance is managed by dynamic widgets.

Now we have created a third one and want to do the settings for it, but there is no save button or such on the edit page. How do I save the settings, its month since I used it last time, is there some trick oder trigger?
