How to send email from localhost without using any plugins?

    Hello i have a one script. which open light box for scheduling. it is adding, editing and deleting the interview detail of user.

    what i want to do that when i add a user for interview from that lighbox sceduler i want to send email to that user.

    also i have tested phpmailer on my localhost it is working fine. but when i am try to include in my wordpress it is not working..

    how can i do that?

    can any one know the solution?
