How to show multiple spreadsheet tabs

Hi,

Can someone please help me find out what do I need to add to the following code to help me show the various tabs my spreadsheet document has?

This spreadsheet sorts available locations per province, so I would like it to look like the first example available at https://maymay.net/blog/projects/inline-google-spreadsheet-viewer/

Is it possible to show the tabs at the top instead of at the bottom?
