Stripe Payments tell us: “WooPayments has confirmed that your business is ineligible. Please contact them to resolve this issue.”

Please tell me how to solve it.

You can contact WooCommerce via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any of their paid WooCommerce products or https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.
