How to stop this missing resource from loading?

    Probably a stale cache.

    Have you cleared ALL your caches?

    Yes, I believe so.

    The site was on Cloudflare but not any more. Could it still being cached there somehow?

    Your site is CURRENTLY using the beastly W3 Total Cache caching plugin. And I’m asking if you’ve cleared your caches since removing the Essential Grid plugin.

    You’re also using the Autoptimize plugin, which also caches resources it loads. Have you emptied this plugin’s cache as well?

    Yes, the caches have been cleared since I uninstalled Essential Grid.

    I’ve cleared them all again, to make sure.

    W3TC was installed only recently by my hosting company. I know it has mixed reviews but they recommended it.
