How to unblock users

    We have an internal site used as a timeclock for employees to clock in and out. The webmaster wo has left added the Next AD Integration plugin.

    We have a user that was blocked for too many bad login attempts. I cannot figure out how to unblock! I see in users that they are a NADI user, but there is no unlock option. I checked the wp_users and wp_usermeta and i see the information for this user ID, but no clue how to unblock!

    The error at login is that Authentication denied by Next Active Directory Integration Brute Force Protection.
    Your account is blocked for 24 seconds.

    This is even if they just try to log in one time.

    Ended up disabling brute force protection, having user log in successfully with AD account, then re-enabled brute force. User is now able to log in every time.
