Yes, this is possible to add stylish scrollbar in menu scroll in your site.
But its need to wark on your theme by manually. By this Plugin this now possible still now.
If you want I can give you a extended plugin for stylish your site menu scroll by using ID or Class of your menu section.

I tried to mean by Extended Plugin that, I customiz this plugin with add stylish scrollbar for your site menu scroll only for you.
That means, if you want, I send you a customized plugin only for your site. When you install this, you’ll get stylish scrollbar for your site menu and also with default scrollbar and its control.
But for doing this, I need to work on your theme.
