How to use this plugin

Hello,
I am a jQuery/Javascript beginner so please go easy on me. I installed the plugin, so how do I actually get it to use Google libraries? Does it do it on its own or do I have to do it in the function.php (I don’t know what code I would use in functions). Thanks.
