Wrong working for japanese permalinks

i’ve been tested for my japanese website, japanese permalink wrong working.
i think for chinese and japanese permalinks, your plugin not working!
i want to remove charater: ‘%” only

example: ザ・ノンフィクション 動画　2021年4月18日　210418
=> output: https://mydomain.com/2021418210418/
