How update custom field automatically ?

    Hi,

    In my website I have added a form to collect answers. I have created a custom post type and several custom fields with ACF.
    All the answers are registered in contact form DB.
    Now, I want to update automatically custom field with a SQL query. How can I do this ? A plugin ? A code ?
