Wordpress exports and deletes data only for registered users. I don’t have any in my website. This plugin do this for Woocommerce also (which is what I want), which WordPress does not.
@papge Yes a page is created containing a shortcode allowing visitors to request their data. They receive an email with a link to view their data and they can then proceed to ask for deletion.
When you take care of a request like that (2 clicks) the data will be anonymised. So for example a WooCommerce order will still be there but it will not contain any personal data as it is replaced by things like ‘FIRST_NAME’ etc. etc.
Hello,
in your backend I can see the list of request received, but how can I delete or anonymize data?
thank you
You should see a “Manage” link at the “Request to process” column. If it does not, that means you haven’t received any deletion request yet, which is a good thing 🙂

Hi @van-ons
I did a test and show me FIRST_NAME, etc.
What you are saying that anonymization is the same with deletion?
I’m asking if there is an option for the user to request deletion, not anynymization.

I think we should have a page/form to delete straight the user (not only one to anonymize them). Am I right or not understanding it well?
