how you install both WHMCS and WordPress?

    Hi I don’t understand how it works exactly, I just installed WHMCS now if I want to have it included in a WordPress install, where do I put my WHMCS files? and do I need a special theme? and you say the pro version has single sign-on so you mean it isn’t the same site? so what is it? thank you
