I’m happy to confirm that SupportCandy is already fully compatible with WooCommerce’s High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
Our development team ensured compatibility when HPOS was introduced. Whether your store is using the traditional WordPress post-based storage or you have already migrated to the new custom HPOS tables, SupportCandy and our WooCommerce Integration add-on will continue to function seamlessly.
You do not need to take any special steps or change any settings within SupportCandy to ensure this compatibility. You can confidently enable or continue using HPOS on your store knowing your support system will work perfectly.
