href wrapper on popups

Somehow all of my popups now have a “wrapper” linking them to a page on my site. Assuming something is conflicting but no idea what. Not exactly sure when this began, but sometime within the last 1-2 months as best as I can tell. Any known conflicts or ideas on what would / could specifically put this wrapper on just the popups?
