HRM front-end is the carbon copy of back-end. Recently i am updating whole HRM system and design. It will take few days to update HRM. After update HRM, all user will get its demo site.
This is really a much needed plugin and I am glad that you have undertaken the task of developing this.
For the Front-end, I think it would be useful to have a some time-tracking capability, as well as the ability for employees to view earnings. The earnings can be entered manually through the back end by the Administrator. I am wondering if there could be some form of integration with Payapal here as well??
Also, would it be possible to integrate a job application form. You could take some ideas from the already existing job application plugins.
Finally, for the Pay Grades. I pay my staff on an hourly rate. How should I enter this in the backend.
