Having this same exact issue. When this plugin is deactivated, Elementor loads fine.
Currently
PHP execution time 1800
PHP memory limit 256M

Hi exactly the same issue as above.
Everything was working fine before recent update. Since then the Elementor menu is loading continuously. I’m able to skip it by clicking on edit header and then again edit the page but at that point Elementor blocks do not work correctly.
