    Could someone tell me about this htaccess file that
    this theme wrote up;

    I am wondering if all the
    “^58\.65\.164\.24$”
    extra things like ^\and$ are making the
    ht inactive?

    here is what my host sent me this am

    this ip address from Pakistan has been tampering with
    my site and slowly I am cleaning it up
