.htaccess and ssl issue

hello,

I have edited some of my pages to uses ssl by force!
but on most browser the background was not helping and cause issue so i add plugin custom post background so on the ssl page this would not be a issue but its still telling me that the orginal background still exists but it should’nt due to the plugin.

can someone please enlighten me on a resolution for this problem!
