HTACCESS = Date 1923?

Hi,
I was looking at site’s htaccess file and noticed it says:

Header set Expires “Mon, 29 Oct 1923 20:30:00 GMT”
</ifModule>
</FilesMatch>
# END WpFastestCache

This is inserted by WPFastestCache, I was just wondering if this is correct, because sometimes my site get sticky and my hosting Tech sez the htaccess could be causing it.

Thanks for your great plugin and great idea to add the four options for CDN I just tried out the KeyCDN, seems like and excellent deal.
