htaccess file issue

    Hi

    I’ve noticed that if I use the protect file option on individual objects in the media folder, it creates a .htaccess file that affects all media on my site. Is there a way round this? Thanks!

    Thank you for your query.
    It should affect only that specific file.
    However, can you please let us know elaborately which issue the modified .htaccess file is creating for all other media files so that we can give you a better solution to it?
