.htaccess file not working

There are no error messages in my DB Manager console, but if I go to the suggested URL, I think I’m able to access my backup.

http://www.themusicxproject.com/wp-content/backup-db/

The text of the .htaccess appears correct, it’s definitely in that folder. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
