htaccess renamed causes timeout issue

This is feedback & an idea to help. My attempt at using this failed, and here is the reason why.

During install htaccess was renamed and causes a timeout issue.

I assume everything would have been fine if duplicator did not copy htaccess files to the root folder from within the backup zip archive until the end. That way it would not chante the execution_timeout value for that working directory.
