.htaccess rewrite issue

iThemes security keeps re-writing my .htaccess file.

I have other changes in my file that allow my site to force all pages from http to https, but your plugin keeps wiping out my changes, meaning members are going to a non-secure site until I get my file changes email that notifies me of the .htaccess changes, then I have to go and manually rewrite my file.

This is very frustrating!! How do I stop this from happening, as it’s actually making my site less secure!
