I am trying to use mdocs to organize some html files. Can mdocs render the html code of the file? It currently shows the text version of the code.

I am also getting a 404 error when I try to link directly to the doc within the page editor. The page editor link can find the document and link to it but a 404 message appears on the front end.

mdocs does not render html in a pretty format, the preview is a google preview so if google doesn’t support html mdocs can’t.

As for the 404 errors that is expected. To link directly to a mdocs file you have to click on a file then click the Share link. You will be presented with 2 links one being direct download that is the link you need to use.

The other option would be to goto the mdocs dashboard > options > settings> and alter the .htacces file.

Thank you for the quick reply.

Is there any chance this could be a future feature? This document manager has all the features and ease of use that I am looking for except this one thing.

I am just wanting to open the link to the pretty html document in a new window. It doesn’t need to render within the wordpress theme.
