    Dear @kumawastaken,
    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Unfortunately you can’t add the HTML field to the admin email using a placeholder.

    However, we suggest putting the same HTML code in the “Custom Text in Email For Administrator” and thus your HTML input will also be sent via email.
