html and copyright elements are not editable.. when i click on them to edit everything but the customising admin panels disappears. i then have to click on the header or footer (whatever I wasn’t just trying to edit in) in order to get things back to normal

  • Hi @irealm42

Can you please confirm that everything is up to date on your end? This sounds like there’s an issue with out of date software, as we’ve had similar cases in the past.

    Thanks!

Blocksy v1.8.44 (also Companion and Companion Premium)

This should be a simple fix if you’ve had this issue before.

    Hello @irealm42

Please do not count the weekends, as everybody needs some time to relax. The WordPress forum rules are simple, we are not allowed to offer support for Premium products on these forums, this is not something that we can manage.

So please, fill out the form through our website.

    Thank you.

Ok sure. But as i said when i first posted i wasnt pro. Thus the ussue still needs to be looked into whether you reply to me on here or not.

    Hello @irealm42

Like I’ve said, we had a few customers in the past where they haven’t updated their software fully (including WordPress and other third party plugins). This isn’t an issue with the theme at all, because we are not doing anything special with these editors. All of our setups are working fine, including our customers’ ones, because otherwise we would’ve known about this due to many user reports.

We will be able to take a closer look through the support tickets for our Premium customers. It’s a totally different system and we must abide by some rules. I’m sorry, but that’s how things must go.

    Thank you for understanding.
