HTML Cleanup and WP Super Cache problem

Hi,

HTML Cleanup doesn`t work with WP Super Cache (ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-super-cache/), i.e. nothing has been cleaned in cached files. 🙁

How this problem can be solved?
