HTML code for GoFundMe button giving duplicate results

Helping a charity with their GoFundMe campaign. When the html code for one button is inserted in a page everything is fine (only one button is showing), however when the html code for two buttons is inserted in the same page the result is giving duplicate buttons i.e. 2 buttons for one code and 2 buttons for the other code. Would appreciate some help to fix the duplicate button issue…thx!
