    Hi,
Thanks for the plugin, works great!
There is one issue with the slide control – previous and next.
In the settings page, I have set the controls to be form font awesome by adding this HTML code:
    <i class=”fa fa-angle-left” aria-hidden=”true”></i>
    and:
    <i class=”fa fa-angle-right” aria-hidden=”true”></i>
    for the right arrow.
The input boxes accept the HTML code but once the settings are saved again it breaks the page’s code.
    Could this be fixed?
    Thanks
    Dan

    Hey @danstramer!

    Thanks for using our plugin!

Are you able to show me a page with this issue occurring? That might help me understand a bit better.

    All the best,

    in this page:
    https://www.simper.ca/why-simper/
if you scroll down, you will see the testimonials area with the fontawesome arrows.
but, if I go to the testimonials setting and save – the html code I added will break the plugins code.

    Hey Dan / @danstramer!

When I visit the page everything looks great!

The FontAwesome icons are in place, the slideshow is functioning, and the testimonials look beautiful.

    Did you get this sorted?

    All the best,
    Richard

    Hi Richard,
It’s working on the front end, but once I go to the backend, make some changes to the settings, the HTML settings get lost.
I”m attaching a screenshot so you see what I mean:

    Hey @danstramer!

I see – so the inputs are functioning correctly, in terms of front end display, but on the backend the HTML is presented as in your screenshot?

That narrows it down well enough that I think we can figure this out.

    All the best,
    Richard

Exactly. The problem is that once any other settings are saved in the backend of the plugin, the arrow display gets wiped away and break the front end because of unclosed html tags.
