HTML codes not showing ads

I’m copying from an Amazon or affiliate code, going into the edit option on my post, switching to HTML code, posting, switching back to normal edit, then updating

i think so, just the standard one (only one i know). I’m a bit of a newbie (in case you couldn’t tell) 🙂

i dont think so. i literally just go to my post, click on edit in the top of the page and it takes me to the edit screen. it’s always been that way, haven’t downloaded any plugins wrt HTML or editing
not sure if that answers your question

i beg your pardon yes, that has always been there but has never worked. the only way Ive ever had any success is by going to editor, switching to code and pasting there (which no longer works)

when i try that and then preview, i just get the little square with the sky, grass and cloud
