HTML Content elements conditional logic

Hi David,
I have read your answer to an earlier post (around 4 weeks ago) titled:
“How to use conditional logic to show a field if another is used”.You said:
“for this you would set the field to be shown if the required field is not empty of the value field left blank.”
I have a hidden HTML content element with field binding which I want to show only if the related text field input contains text. If the related text field contains text then the HTML content element should be displayed containing the text entered into the text field.
I have used the logic explained in the post mentioned above but cannot get it to work.
What am I doing wrong? Or doesn’t conditional logic work with HTML Content fields?
