Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Our plugin indeed strips out all HTML and shortcodes as most channels such as Google and Facebook do not allow it.
Unfortunately there is no way to expert the descriptions including HTML.

Is there a way we can have the HTML included in our feed. I have tried to sue the short description with HTML but the Product Feed Pro strips all of the HTML out.

Hi,
Unfortunately it currently is not possible, all short-coding and HTML is removed by our plugin.
We will add an item to the to-do list of our developer to investigate if some HTML tags can be supported again.
