Hello, i followed these steps:

But nothing happens.
It always send default notifications, not HTML.

Hi @kynello,

Have you turned ON Use HTML for Emails in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails?
You can try to reset emails section and see if this helps.

Nothing changes. I always receive the default email, not HTML.
