Hi,
I want to add a field “Check Box” and integrate HTML into the title like
Yes, I agree to the <a href="/terms"terms</a>
But it does not work! Is there a workaround?

To avoid the potential for script exploits in the plugin, it won’t allow HTML in the inputs. However, the plugin is loaded with filters to allow for customizing all of the front facing output (and other elements).

You can use the wpmem_register_form_rows filter to change the labels (and other things):

Thank you Chad, I am not that familiar with coding. How does it have to look like to allow html?
