Unfortunately, Pinterest Lightbox relies on using the caption as a description for submitting it to the Pinterest API. If you manually add HTML code in, it will try to submit that as well into the description.

In order to address your issue, I will need to patch the current version of the plugin. I should be able to do this tomorrow. I will keep you posted.

    Thanks,

Sorry for not reaching out sooner. Updating the code appears to be taking more time than intended. In the meantime, is there any way that you can remove the HTML code from the descriptions, or is it necessary for the website to operate?

No it’s not necessary for the site to operate, but I have so many images with the code in the descriptions, that it would take quite a long time, so I’d rather not, if that’s an option.

If it helps, I have galleries without html in the descriptions, as well as galleries with. Will that help you troubleshoot at all, or how else can I help?
