HTML in Notifications

I have a simple notification that sends text and a URL link. Last month this broke. I updated everything to the new version 9.x but I’m still now able to send the email. This happening on all 3 of my sites. I have a paid subscription. Please advise. Jakob was sent our SFTP information.
