We’ve enabled minify of HTML but it seems that it’s not been minified when viewing the source code. Or does a premium account offer more HTML minification?

@knambio Do you see any white space or comments when you view the page source, Can you please try to disable and then enable the Minify HTML option and check if it works?

    Hi,

You mean ‘Process HTNL’ under the ‘Minify’ tab?
I did that already and still showing whitespace.
No HTML comments, but there are css/jquery comments, but not sure if the plugin deletes them as well.

@knambio Could you please try to disable/delete and then re-install the plugin and then check if it works?

    Hi,

I did what you said, but unfortunately still not minifying HTML. I don’t have any other caching/minifying plugin. We do have Cloudflare CDN with Bluehost but I always clear it whenever I make changes.

@knambio We have released the new version, could you please update WP-Optimize to the latest version and check it it helps to fix the issue?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the issue is still there. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin again.

@knambio Could you please try to disable other plugins except WP-Optimize and check if the HTML minify works, if it works then you can enable each plugin one by one until the HTML minify stops working, so we know the plugin that’s conflicting.
