“HTML” toggle does not exist in 3.5. The button names have changed, but the functionality remains.

Thank you for the response. In addition to the name change, we cannot get to the tab. Clicking on it does not toggle to it.

Found the problem. It sits with the Smart Slideshow Widget. On the page edit screen, the errors are:
