I add HTML tag with HTML section but it isn’t work at all even <br/>
I tried both of way visual(tmce) / text (editor) but isn’t work.

How can I turn on this?

This is an issue that will be fixed in the upcoming update of Forminator 1.15.3 which has already been submitted for review here on ww.wp.xz.cn.
