HTML Text Editor Not Displaying Code

    Hi, I want to edit the code of a post in wordpress. I click onto the ‘Text’ button and it is nothing but blank. I have plenty of content on my page which has been built using the Avia Advanced Layout Editor.

    I would like to edit alt tags and descriptions of my images through the editor.

    I’m not familiar with this layout editor you’re using, are you able to disable it to check if the page loads normally? If you have several plugins installed then it is a good idea to de-activate those too to see if this rectifies the issue.

    Troubleshooting: Deactivating Plugins

    You could also try activating the default TwentySixteen theme to ensure there are no conflictions occuring.

    Just need to narrow down the search for the cause of the issue you’re having.
