    Hi @yogurt4,

Thanks for reporting this. To look into the issue properly, we’ll need to check the specific implementation on your site. Could you please share your website URL so we can review the markup and the affected elements directly?

Once we have that, we can examine the HTML structure and the accessibility concerns you mentioned.

It can be found at https://test.agenos.hu/ for the time being.

    Hello @yogurt4,

Thank you for sharing the test URL.

On checking https://test.agenos.hu/, the CookieYes banner is currently being blocked by the Content Security Policy (CSP) configured on the site. Because of this, the banner does not load correctly, which prevents us from reviewing the HTML output and the accessibility issues you mentioned earlier.

Please update your CSP settings by following the steps outlined in our documentation:
    https://www.cookieyes.com/documentation/content-security-policy-csp/

Once the CSP issue is resolved and the banner loads normally, please let us know so we can continue reviewing the original issue.

    Hi @yogurt4,

After checking the website again, the CSP issue appears to be resolved, so the earlier concerns were reviewed once more. Based on the current output at https://test.agenos.hu/, the empty HTML element and the contrast ratio issue mentioned earlier do not seem to appear in the markup.

For reference, the validator report is available here: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Ftest.agenos.hu%2F

If the issue is still visible on your side or appears only under specific conditions, sharing the steps to reproduce it would be helpful for further checking.
