    Can you make a HTML and CSS version of this theme?

    I would like to make my own non-wordpress site with this theme.

    I can’t really consider this much currently, but you can copy the source of each page of the site, strip out specific links and change the references to some files, and essentially turn a live site into a static site. It’s somewhat non-trivial though.
