Does the VideoPress embed support html video properties? Specifically, I’m trying to find out if the user watched an entire video before progressing.

    Hi @aisforadam

At this point there is not the option for you as the site admin to be able to see the watched video progress of an individual user as you describe.

Am I understanding what you’re asking correctly?

    Hi Bruce

Almost; we wouldn’t be tracking the info. Instead, we’d like to display content after the user watches the full video. I was thinking maybe we can utilize some <video> events. Does VideoPress support events like ‘ended’, etc.?

    Hey @aisforadam,

It’s not being documented yet, but you could listen to PostMessage events that the VideoPress player fires from its iframe. It has events like play, pause, progress, and so on.

Hope that answers your question 🙂
