html view source problem

    I have a site using wordpress. It has an issue with source html code (right click on page -> view source code)- all custom text is displaying as unicode characters (“мн&#1086” etc).The problem with source code only. I have a task to fix it, but i cannot find solution.

    It looks like you copied this text from software like Microsoft Word without stripping it from its formatting. Try copying the text again, then putting it into a plain text editor and then copying that into your WordPress editor.

    I copied text from the wordpress editor and pasted it into a default text editor for windows, and then i pasted it into wordpress editor again, but i still have this issue
